Why Hire a Toastmaster?
The toastmaster’s traditional dress of red coat and white tie provide an additional touch of splendour to your event, but he is more than a Master of Ceremonies and speaker to introduce the toasts. A toastmaster is also a facilitator, coordinator and go-between. With his air of quiet professionalism an experienced toastmaster will relieve the pressure on the host or hostess and ensure everything goes exactly as planned, no matter what the occasion.

Prior to the arrival of the Wedding Party and guests a toastmaster will ensure that the function room(s) have been prepared in accordance with your wishes.
He will liaise with the venue and suppliers, such as caterers and entertainers, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to timetable.
Receive the happy couple upon arrival at the venue
Assist the Photographer in forming the various group photographs
As requested organise the receiving line and introduce the guests to the Hosts
Ensure guests are seated at the appropriate time for the meal
Announce the arrival of the happy couple to the Wedding Breakfast
As requested say Grace or introduce the guest who is to perform this duty.
Organise and announce the cutting of the cake
Introduce the formal speakers and assist with any presentations
Announce the retirement of Bride and Groom from the table
Advise guests of subsequent arrangements (clearing tables for allow space for dancing etc.)
As requested introduce the first dance
He will liaise with the venue and suppliers, such as caterers and photographers, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to timetable.
Receive the guests upon their arrival at the venue
Announce the arrival of the President and principal guests
As requested say Grace or introduce the person who is to perform this duty
Introduce the formal speakers
Announce and assist with any presentations
Announce, and if requested draw, the raffle
Announce any post-meal entertainment
